8 oz spaghetti

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon lemon zest

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko for extra crunch)

Salt, to taste

Black pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Cook the Spaghetti: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside.
