For the Chicken Tenders:

1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips

1 cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs

1 cup breadcrumbs (Panko for extra crunch)

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

Vegetable oil, for frying

For the Honey Mustard Dip:

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup Dijon mustard

1/4 cup honey

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chicken:

    - In a shallow dish, mix together flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

      - In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs until well blended.

        - Place the breadcrumbs in a third shallow dish.

          Coat the Chicken:

            - Take each chicken strip and first coat it in the flour mixture, shaking off excess.

              - Dip the floured chicken into the beaten eggs, letting any excess drip off.

                - Finally, coat the chicken in breadcrumbs, pressing lightly to ensure the crumbs stick. Repeat for all chicken strips.

                  Heat the Oil:
