2 large flour tortillas

1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded (grilled or rotisserie)

1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped

1/2 cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup croutons, crushed

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: fresh herbs (like parsley) for garnish

Prep the Chicken: If you're using pre-cooked chicken, make sure it's shredded into bite-sized pieces. If you're cooking chicken from scratch, season the chicken with garlic powder, salt, and pepper, then grill or bake until fully cooked. Allow it to cool before shredding.

    Mix the Caesar Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, and half of the grated Parmesan cheese. Stir until everything is well-coated.

      Prepare the Tortillas: Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Place one tortilla in the skillet to warm it slightly for about 30 seconds on each side. This step makes it more pliable.

        Assemble the Pockets: Once warmed, place half of the chicken Caesar mixture onto the center of the tortilla. Sprinkle with crushed croutons and the remaining grated Parmesan cheese.

          Wrap It Up: Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it from one end to the other, securing the filling tightly. Repeat this process with the second tortilla.

            Make Them Crispy: Wipe the skillet clean and return it to medium heat. Place the tortilla pockets seam-side down and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
