1 cup orzo pasta

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, diced

1 bunch of asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup finely chopped onion

4 cups chicken broth

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Cook the Orzo: In a pot of salted boiling water, cook the orzo according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    Sauté the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
