12 oz fettuccine or pasta of choice

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

2 cups fresh spinach

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Optional: Red pepper flakes for heat

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving 1 cup of pasta water.

    Sauté Garlic: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant and lightly golden. Be careful not to burn the garlic.

      Make the Cream Sauce: Lower the heat to medium-low and pour the heavy cream into the skillet. Stir well to combine, then gradually add in the Parmesan cheese, stirring continuously until melted and the sauce is creamy. If the sauce is too thick, add a bit of the reserved pasta water to reach your desired consistency.
