1 cup (about 150g) crumbled feta cheese

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain, unsweetened)

1 medium cucumber, grated and excess moisture squeezed out

1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried dill)

1 tablespoon olive oil

Juice of 1 lemon

1 clove garlic, minced (optional)

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh mint leaves, for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the crumbled feta cheese and Greek yogurt. Use a fork to mix them together until they are well-blended and creamy.

    Add the grated cucumber to the mixture, ensuring that you've squeezed out any excess moisture. This will prevent the dip from becoming watery.

      Stir in the chopped dill, olive oil, lemon juice, and minced garlic (if using). Mix everything until well incorporated.

        Season with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust the seasoning according to your preference.

          Transfer the dip to a serving bowl, smoothing the top with a spatula or the back of a spoon.
