Ingredients

2 ripe avocados

1 cup sour cream

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 packet (about 1 oz) ranch seasoning mix

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

1 clove garlic, minced

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

Fresh chopped chives or cilantro for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Start by cutting the avocados in half and removing the pits. Scoop the flesh into a medium mixing bowl.

Use a fork to mash the avocados until they reach your desired level of creaminess (smooth or chunky).

In the same bowl, add the sour cream, mayonnaise, ranch seasoning mix, lime juice, minced garlic, black pepper, and onion powder.

Stir everything together until well combined and smooth.

Taste and adjust seasoning if desired, adding more lime juice or ranch seasoning to suit your preference.

Once blended, transfer the dip to a serving bowl and smooth the top.

If desired, garnish with chopped chives or cilantro for an extra touch of flavor and presentation.

Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld together.

Serve with fresh veggie sticks, tortilla chips, or pita bread for dipping.
