½ cup Greek yogurt (or sour cream for a richer taste)

¼ teaspoon cumin

Salt to taste

Water (as needed for consistency)

Instructions

Prepare Ingredients: Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a food processor. Add the chopped jalapeño, fresh cilantro, minced garlic, and lime juice.

Blend Base: Add the Greek yogurt or sour cream. Sprinkle in the cumin and season with a pinch of salt.

Process Until Smooth: Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.

Adjust Consistency: If the sauce is too thick, add water gradually until you reach your desired consistency.

Taste and Adjust: Taste the sauce and add more salt or lime juice as desired to balance the flavors.

Serve or Store: Use immediately as a dressing, dip, or sauce for tacos, salads, or grilled meats. Alternatively, store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
