2 ripe avocados

1 cup fresh cilantro, packed

1/4 cup Greek yogurt (or sour cream for a richer flavor)

2 tablespoons lime juice (about 1 lime)

1 garlic clove, minced

1/4 teaspoon ground cumin

Salt and pepper, to taste

Optional: 1 small jalapeño, seeded and chopped (for a spicy kick)

Instructions
 

Start by slicing the avocados in half, removing the pit, and scooping the flesh into a food processor.

    Add the fresh cilantro, Greek yogurt, lime juice, minced garlic, ground cumin, and jalapeño (if using) to the food processor.

      Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.

        Blend the mixture until it reaches a smooth and creamy consistency. If the dip is too thick, you can add a splash of water or more lime juice to thin it out slightly.

          Taste and adjust the seasoning, adding more salt, pepper, or lime juice as needed.

            Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and garnish with additional chopped cilantro or a sprinkle of ground cumin, if desired.
