1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup milk

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 cup green onions, chopped (for garnish)
