Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup crab meat, drained and shredded

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup green onions, finely chopped

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese or a blend of cheeses

Tortilla chips or crispy wonton chips for serving

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Use a spatula or hand mixer to blend until smooth and creamy.

Fold in the crab meat, chopped green onions, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix gently to ensure the crab remains chunky for texture.

Stir in 1/2 cup of the shredded cheese until evenly dispersed throughout the mixture.

Transfer the mixture into a baking dish (about 8x8 inches) and spread it out evenly. Top with the remaining 1/2 cup of cheese.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the dip is bubbling and the cheese is melted and lightly golden.

Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving. Serve warm with tortilla chips or crispy wonton chips for dipping.
