1 cup white chocolate chips

1 teaspoon pure peppermint extract

1 cup mint chocolate chip ice cream, slightly softened

½ cup crushed peppermint candies or candy canes

Prepare the baking sheet: Line a baking sheet (about 11x17 inches) with parchment paper for easy removal and cleanup.

    Melt the dark chocolate: In a heatproof bowl, melt the dark chocolate over a double boiler or in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth and fully melted.

      Spread the chocolate: Pour the melted dark chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it into an even layer using a spatula. Allow it to cool slightly at room temperature while you prepare the next steps.

        Mix the white chocolate: In another bowl, combine the white chocolate chips with the peppermint extract. Melt this mixture in the microwave or over a double boiler until smooth.

          Swirl in the ice cream: Gently fold the slightly softened mint chocolate chip ice cream into the melted white chocolate until combined but still marble-like.
