12 oz egg noodles

1 lb ground beef

1 small onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 cups spinach, chopped (fresh or frozen)

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

1 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (divided)

1 cup mozzarella cheese (divided)

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Cook the Noodles: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the egg noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

      Brown the Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.

        Sauté Vegetables: To the ground beef, add the diced onion and minced garlic. Sauté until the onion becomes translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

          Mix Ingredients: Stir in the chopped spinach, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, and half of the cheddar and mozzarella cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix until all ingredients are fully combined.

            Combine with Noodles: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked noodles with the beef and cheese mixture. Stir until the noodles are well coated.

              Transfer to Baking Dish: Pour the noodle mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, spreading it out evenly.

                Add Cheese & Topping: Sprinkle the remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheese evenly over the top. If desired, sprinkle breadcrumbs for added crunch.

                  Bake: Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

                    Garnish and Serve: Once baked, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
