3/4 cup milk

1/3 cup vegetable oil

1 large egg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup brown sugar, packed

1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

For the Cream Cheese Glaze:

4 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

2 tablespoons milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease it lightly.

    Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, granulated sugar, and ground cinnamon until well combined.

      Combine Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together the milk, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.

        Combine Mixtures: Gradually pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combined. Do not overmix; it's okay if there are still a few lumps.

          Prepare the Cinnamon Filling: In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, ground cinnamon, and melted butter until it forms a thick paste.
