Ingredients

2 cups mini pretzels

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 cup white chocolate chips

1/2 cup crushed pretzels (for topping)

1/4 cup caramel sauce (optional)

Sea salt, for sprinkling

Instructions

Prepare the Baking Sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, ensuring it covers the entire surface for easy removal later.

Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until fully melted and smooth.

Coat the Pretzels: Dip each mini pretzel into the melted semi-sweet chocolate, ensuring they are well-coated. Shake off any excess chocolate and place them side by side on the lined baking sheet.

Drizzle with White Chocolate: In a separate bowl, melt the white chocolate chips using the same microwave technique. Once melted, use a fork or piping bag to drizzle white chocolate over the chocolate-coated pretzels.

Add Crunch and Flavor: Before the chocolate sets, sprinkle the crushed pretzels on top for added crunch. If desired, drizzle some caramel sauce over the pretzels and sprinkle a tiny pinch of sea salt for a touch of sweetness against the saltiness.

Set the Bark: Allow the pretzel bark to cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes, or place it in the refrigerator for quicker setting.

Break Into Pieces: Once the chocolate is fully hardened, break the bark into shards or squares. Store in an airtight container or serve immediately as a delightful treat!
