2 packs of instant ramen noodles (discard the flavor packets)

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced into thin strips

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 inch piece ginger, minced

1 bell pepper, sliced (any color)

1 cup broccoli florets

1 cup snap peas

2 green onions, sliced

1 tablespoon sesame seeds (for garnish)

Salt and pepper to taste

Prepare the Ramen: Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions (usually about 3-4 minutes). Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside.

    Marinate the Chicken: In a medium bowl, combine the sliced chicken, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Let it marinate for about 15-20 minutes while you prepare the vegetables.

      Heat the Wok: In a large wok or skillet, heat the sesame oil and vegetable oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.

        Cook the Chicken: Add the marinated chicken strips to the hot wok, season with a pinch of salt and pepper, and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and slightly golden. Remove the chicken from the wok and set it aside.

          Sauté the Aromatics: In the same wok, add minced garlic and ginger. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

            Stir-Fry the Vegetables: Toss in the sliced bell pepper, broccoli florets, and snap peas. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes or until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
