Chicken Bacon Ranch Wraps

2 large flour tortillas (10-inch)

1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced

4 slices of cooked bacon, crumbled

½ cup ranch dressing (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup shredded lettuce

½ cup diced tomatoes

½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

¼ cup sliced red onion (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

Olive oil (for grilling)

Instructions
 

Prep the Ingredients: If not done already, cook and crumble the bacon. Shred or dice the cooked chicken breast. Prepare your vegetables: chop the lettuce, dice the tomatoes, and slice the red onion if using.

    Mix the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, salt, and pepper. Add in the chopped lettuce, diced tomatoes, and red onion (if using). Mix everything together until well combined.

      Assemble the Wraps: Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon half of the chicken and bacon mixture onto the lower third of the tortilla. Top with a fourth of the shredded cheddar cheese.

        Roll the Wraps: Carefully fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then starting from the bottom, roll it up tightly to encase all the ingredients. Repeat with the second tortilla and remaining filling.

          Grill the Wraps: Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium heat and drizzle a little olive oil. Place the wraps seam side down on the pan. Grill for about 3-4 minutes until the bottom is golden and crispy. Carefully flip the wraps and grill the other side for another 3-4 minutes.

            Slice and Serve: Once both sides are crisp, remove the wraps from the skillet and let them cool for a minute. Slice each wrap in half diagonally and serve with extra ranch dressing on the side for dipping.
