Ingredients

2 large chicken breasts, cooked and shredded

6 slices of cooked bacon, crumbled

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

4 large flour tortillas

Fresh chives or green onions, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

Spread the Mixture: Place one flour tortilla on a clean surface. Spoon a generous amount of the chicken mixture onto the center of the tortilla, spreading it out but leaving about an inch around the edges.

Roll It Up: Carefully roll the tortilla tightly from one end to the other, ensuring the filling stays inside. Use your fingers to tuck in the sides as you roll to keep everything secure.

Slice the Roll-Ups: Once rolled, use a sharp knife to cut the roll-up into bite-sized pieces, about 1-2 inches thick. Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas and filling.

Optional Toasting: If desired, heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Place the roll-ups seam side down in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Flip and cook the other side.

Serve: Arrange the roll-ups on a serving platter. Garnish with chopped chives or green onions for an extra touch of flavor and color. Serve with extra ranch dressing for dipping if desired.
