2 cups pasta (penne or fusilli work well)

2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded

3 cups fresh spinach, roughly chopped

1 cup ricotta cheese

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

2 cups marinara sauce

1 clove garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Olive oil for greasing the baking dish

Instructions
 

Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

      Prepare the Chicken and Spinach Mix: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped spinach, ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes (if using), and salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.
