1 lb ground beef

8 oz egg noodles

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup cream of mushroom soup

1 cup beef broth

1 medium onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

Cook the Noodles: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the egg noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    Brown the Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil. Once hot, add the diced onion and cook for about 3-4 minutes until translucent. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1 minute.

      Add the Ground Beef: Increase the heat to medium-high and add the ground beef to the skillet. Using a wooden spoon, break the beef apart while cooking. Season with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.

        Combine Ingredients: Once the beef is browned, stir in the cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, and Italian seasoning. Mix well to combine.

          Add the Noodles: Lower the heat to medium-low, then add the cooked egg noodles to the skillet. Gently fold everything together until the noodles are well coated with the beef mixture.
