1 large French baguette (or ciabatta)

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried basil (or a tablespoon of fresh basil, finely chopped)

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

8 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced or torn into small pieces

1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, for garnish

Balsamic glaze, for drizzling
