Ingredients

2 cups cooked shredded chicken

½ cup buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)

1 cup ranch dressing (or homemade)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

8 large flaky biscuits (store-bought or homemade)

½ cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)

½ cup sliced green onions

1 tablespoon butter, melted

Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet.

Prepare Chicken: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce. Adjust the level of heat by adding more or less buffalo sauce according to your taste preference.

Make Biscuits: If using store-bought biscuits, pop open the can and separate the biscuits. If making homemade biscuits, prepare the dough and roll them out to about 1-inch thickness before cutting.

Assemble Sliders: On a flat surface, place half of the biscuits and top each with a generous scoop of the buffalo chicken mixture, followed by a drizzle of ranch dressing, a sprinkle of cheddar cheese, and blue cheese if using. Top each with the remaining biscuit halves.

Brush with Butter: Place the assembled sliders on the greased baking sheet and brush the tops lightly with melted butter for a golden finish.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and the cheese is melted.

Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven and let cool for a couple of minutes. Sprinkle with sliced green onions and fresh parsley for color before serving.

Enjoy: Serve warm with extra ranch dressing on the side for dipping.
