1 lb ground beef

12 oz rotini pasta

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup chicken broth

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the rotini pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    Brown the Beef: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula as it cooks (about 5-7 minutes). Drain excess fat if necessary.
