Ingredients

4 ripe bananas, cut into 1-inch pieces

1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved

1 cup pineapple chunks

1 cup mini marshmallows

1 cup milk chocolate, melted

1 cup vanilla ice cream

1/4 cup crushed nuts (e.g., peanuts, walnuts)

1/4 cup chocolate syrup

Bamboo skewers (6-inch)

Instructions

Prepare the Ingredients:

Begin by cutting the bananas into 1-inch pieces and hulking the strawberries. If using fresh pineapple, cut it into bite-sized chunks.

      Assemble the Kabobs:

Take a bamboo skewer and thread a banana piece onto it, followed by a marshmallow, strawberry, pineapple chunk, and another banana piece. Repeat this process for each skewer until all ingredients are used. You should aim for 3-4 of each fruit on each skewer.

          Melt the Chocolate:

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.

              Drizzle with Chocolate:

Once the kabobs are assembled, drizzle the melted chocolate over the skewers using a spoon or a piping bag for precision.

                  Add Toppings:

Sprinkle crushed nuts over the chocolate-drizzled kabobs for an added crunch and texture.

                      Serve with Ice Cream:

Place the kabobs on a serving platter and serve them alongside scoops of vanilla ice cream. Drizzle additional chocolate syrup over the ice cream for extra flavor.

                          Enjoy the Treat:

These Banana Split Dessert Kabobs are best enjoyed immediately, but you can also refrigerate them for up to an hour before serving if you prefer them chilled.
