Instructions

Prepare the Crust:

    - Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

      - In a large bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, and melted butter until well combined.

        - Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form an even crust.

          - Bake for 10 minutes, then let it cool completely.

            Make the Cheesecake Filling:

              - In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar together until smooth and creamy.

                - Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

                  - Stir in the vanilla extract, sour cream, mashed bananas, and lemon juice until fully integrated.

                    - Pour the cheesecake mixture over the cooled crust in the springform pan.

                      Bake the Cheesecake:

                        - Bake in the preheated oven for about 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set and barely jiggles when shaken.

                          - Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for an hour to cool gradually.

                            - Remove from the oven and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight) to set completely.

                              Prepare the Pudding Layer:

                                - In a medium bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until thickened (about 2 minutes).

                                  - Stir in the vanilla extract and fold in the whipped cream until well combined.

                                    Assemble the Cheesecake:

                                      - Once the cheesecake is fully set, spread the pudding mixture evenly over the top of the cheesecake.

                                        - Decorate with banana slices, crushed Nilla wafers, and additional whipped cream for a delightful finish.

                                          Serve:

                                            - Carefully remove the sides of the springform pan.

                                              - Slice the cheesecake and serve chilled. Enjoy the delightful combination of flavors!
