2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup marinara sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably whole wheat or panko for crunch)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

2 large zucchinis (spiralized into noodles)

1 tablespoon olive oil (for sautéing)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chicken:

    - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

      - Place chicken breasts between two pieces of plastic wrap or parchment paper. Gently pound them to an even thickness (about 1 inch) for uniform cooking.

        - Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano, and paprika.

          Bread the Chicken:
