12 lasagna noodles

2 cups cooked and shredded chicken

2 cups ricotta cheese

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

3 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Cook the Lasagna Noodles: In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain, and lay them flat on a clean towel or parchment paper to cool.

      Prepare the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese (1 cup), ½ cup of Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

        Assemble the Rollups: Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Take one lasagna noodle and add about 2-3 tablespoons of the chicken filling along the length of the noodle. Carefully roll it up and place seam-side down in the baking dish. Repeat with the remaining noodles and filling.

          Add Sauce and Cheese: Once all the rollups are in the dish, pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the top, ensuring all rollups are covered. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly on top.

            Bake: Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Then, remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
