Ingredients

4 large whole wheat or spinach tortillas

8 ounces deli-style turkey breast, sliced

4 slices crispy bacon, cooked

1 medium avocado, sliced

1 cup baby spinach or mixed greens

1 medium tomato, sliced

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Salt and pepper, to taste

Optional: Pickles or sliced cucumbers for added crunch

Instructions

Prepare the Sauce: In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard. Add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.

Warm the Tortillas: Gently warm the tortillas in a skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side until pliable. This will make them easier to roll.

Layer the Ingredients: Lay a tortilla on a flat surface. Spread an even layer of the mustard-mayo sauce over the tortilla, leaving about an inch around the edges.

Add the Fillings: Place 2 ounces of turkey slices in the center, followed by 1 slice of bacon, a few slices of avocado, a handful of baby spinach, 2-3 slices of tomato, and a sprinkle of shredded cheddar cheese. If you're adding pickles or cucumbers, layer them in as well.

Wrap it Up: Starting from the side closest to you, carefully fold the tortilla over the fillings. Tuck in the edges and continue to roll until the entire wrap is secure. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and ingredients.

Slice and Serve: For easier eating, slice each wrap in half diagonally. Place on a plate, and serve with fresh fruit, crunchy veggie sticks, or your favorite dipping sauce.

Enjoy: These wraps can be made ahead of time—just wrap them tightly in foil or plastic wrap, and refrigerate until ready to pack for lunch!
