2 ripe avocados, diced

1 large ripe mango, diced

1 small red onion, finely chopped

1 red bell pepper, diced

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

1 lime, juiced

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

1 teaspoon honey (optional)

Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced avocados, diced mango, chopped red onion, diced red bell pepper, and halved cherry tomatoes.

    Gently toss the ingredients together to mix, being careful not to mash the avocados.
