Ingredients

1 bottle (750 ml) dry white wine (such as Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio)

2 cups apple cider (freshly pressed if possible)

1/2 cup brandy (apple brandy adds an extra depth)

1 tablespoon orange liqueur (like Cointreau or Grand Marnier)

1 medium apple, cored and sliced (Gala or Granny Smith work well)

1 medium pear, cored and sliced

1 orange, sliced into rounds

1 cup sparkling water or club soda (for fizz)

3-4 cinnamon sticks

Whole cloves (optional, for garnish)

Fresh rosemary sprigs (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Fruit: In a large pitcher, add the sliced apple, pear, and orange. Use a wooden spoon to gently muddle the fruit, releasing some of their juices.

Mix the Base: Pour in the dry white wine, apple cider, brandy, and orange liqueur. Stir gently to combine all the ingredients.

Add Spices: Add the cinnamon sticks and, if desired, a few whole cloves to the pitcher. These will infuse the sangria with warm, spicy flavors.

Chill: Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, allowing the flavors to meld. For best results, let it sit overnight.

Serve: When ready to serve, add the sparkling water or club soda to the pitcher for a refreshing fizz. Stir gently to combine.

Garnish: Pour the sangria into glasses filled with ice, and garnish each glass with additional fruit slices, a cinnamon stick, and a sprig of fresh rosemary if desired.

Enjoy: Enjoy your Autumn Bliss Apple Cider Sangria chilled, and bask in the warm flavors of fall!
