1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

1 tablespoon granulated sugar (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon lemon juice

Cooking spray or a light drizzle of olive oil

Prep the Apples: Begin by washing the apples thoroughly. Core the apples and slice them thinly (about 1/8 inch thick) using a sharp knife or a mandoline for uniformity.

    Toss with Lemon: In a large bowl, combine the apple slices with the lemon juice to prevent browning and enhance flavor. Toss gently to coat all slices evenly.

      Mix Cinnamon Sugar: In a separate bowl, mix the ground cinnamon and granulated sugar together. Adjust the amount of sugar based on your sweetness preference.

        Coat the Slices: Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the apple slices. Toss gently to ensure that all slices are evenly coated.

          Prepare the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 300°F (150°C). Lightly spray or brush the air fryer basket with cooking spray or olive oil to prevent sticking.

            Air Fry the Apples: Arrange the apple slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you might need to do this in batches. Make sure they are not overlapping to allow for even cooking.

              Cooking Time: Air fry the apple slices for about 12-15 minutes, flipping them halfway through the cooking time. Keep an eye on them to prevent burning; they should be crispy and golden brown when finished.
